Kenneth brings more than 20 years of experience across architecture, construction, and real estate development. As a co-founder of IXB, he leverages a uniquely integrated background to guide projects from early concept through construction execution, aligning design vision with disciplined delivery. 

Prior to IXB, Kenneth served as Senior Development Project Manager and Vice President at Lendlease in Chicago, where he led the day-to-day management of complex development projects. He was instrumental in coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver highly technical projects under budget and ahead of schedule. 

Earlier in his career, Kenneth was a Senior Project Architect with Thomas Roszak Architecture and its affiliated development and construction entities, overseeing design and construction for major Chicago projects. He also served as a Senior Technical Architect at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, contributing onsite to landmark projects including Burj Khalifa and the Tianjin CTF Finance Centre. He also served as a Construction Superintendent while at Optima, Inc., focusing on multifamily developments in Chicago and Arizona. 

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech. He is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional. 

 Rodrigo d’Escoto Jr. is a seasoned construction executive and entrepreneur with decades of experience spanning design, manufacturing, and large-scale development. As co-founder of IXB, and as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Reflection Window + Wall, he leads one of the nation’s largest designers and manufacturers of high-performance exterior wall systems.

Under his leadership, RWW has expanded its design presence across multiple international markets and established strategic manufacturing partnerships worldwide, delivering value-driven façade solutions that support energy performance and sustainability goals. 

Rodrigo’s foundation in construction began early, inspired by his father’s leadership on the original Willis Tower project. Over the course of his career, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of planning, estimating, fabrication, and execution across major U.S. markets, with active projects spanning numerous states and cities. 

In addition to his manufacturing leadership, Rodrigo is actively involved in development initiatives focused on equitable growth and clean energy technologies in Chicago. He is also engaged in civic and industry efforts supporting the advancement of diverse businesses within the construction sector. 

 Eric Fiket is an accomplished construction professional with more than two decades of experience delivering complex residential and mixed-use developments in urban environments. As co-founder of IXB, he leads projects with a focus on precision execution, operational discipline, and alignment with architectural intent. 

Eric’s expertise spans luxury high-rise towers, adaptive reuse landmarks, and technically demanding mixed-use assets. He is recognized for his ability to translate ambitious design concepts into well-coordinated, constructible solutions that meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives. 

Prior to joining IXB, Eric built a multifaceted career across architecture, construction management, and owner’s representation. Most recently, he served as Senior Project Manager and Team Leader at Skender Construction, where he directed the delivery of a Class A core and shell office building, an industrial food preparation facility, and the adaptive reuse of a heavy timber and masonry loft structure. 

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Chicago. 

 Emily is a development-focused construction professional with experience across multifamily, corporate, and industrial asset classes. At IXB, she plays a key role in preconstruction strategy, aligning design intent, budget parameters, and long-term asset performance to position projects for successful execution. 

Since beginning her career in Chicago in 2019, Emily has contributed to the delivery of more than 1,000 residential units across large-scale multifamily developments. She began her career with Lendlease Construction as part of the Integrated Solutions team, supporting complex residential projects from planning through delivery. 

She later joined real estate investment firm Dayton Street Partners, where she oversaw their local and national construction portfolios, managing corporate value-add and industrial outdoor storage assets. This experience strengthened her development acumen and broadened her understanding of investor-driven project strategy. 

Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to delivering high-performing projects.
