Where most construction professionals read drawings, Eric reads intent — understanding the technical and spatial logic behind design decisions in a way that allows him to identify constructability challenges earlier and protect design integrity through the full arc of delivery. Most recently, he directed project teams in the delivery of a Class A mixed-use high-rise office building, an industrial food preparation facility, and the adaptive reuse of a heavy timber and masonry loft structure, each presenting distinct structural, mechanical, and logistical demands resolved through methodical sequencing and hands-on leadership.
