Tyler brings a comprehensive understanding of the real estate development process, rooted in both fast-tracked, architect-led models and institutional scale. Early in his career, his approach to project delivery was shaped at architect-led development firm Moceri & Roszak, where he was instrumental in the execution and completion of four high-rise projects across the portfolio. He later translated this cross-disciplinary fluency to Lendlease Development, managing project delivery on the Cirrus and Cascade towers — landmark high-rise developments in the Chicago market. This background across varying asset scales allows him to evaluate development opportunities not just on theoretical yield, but on practical, disciplined field execution.

At IXB, Tyler works closely with owners, consultants, and capital partners to navigate front-end complexity, reduce risk, and ensure that project objectives achieve seamless alignment between design ambition and commercial performance. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
