His career has been defined by work at the intersection of architecture and construction. At Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, he served as Senior Technical Architect, contributing on-site to landmark projects including the Burj Khalifa and the Tianjin CTF Finance Centre — assignments that demanded both technical precision and the ability to perform at the highest level under extraordinary complexity. He later served as Construction Superintendent at Optima, Inc., overseeing multifamily developments in Chicago and Arizona, before bringing his technical rigor to Thomas Roszak Architecture, where he directed design and construction for major Chicago projects as Senior Project Architect. Most recently, as Senior Development Project Manager and Vice President at Lendlease, he led the day-to-day management of complex urban development initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically demanding projects on budget and ahead of schedule.

At IXB, he is the practitioner who understands — with equal command — what a building should be and precisely what it takes to build it. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech, is a Licensed Architect in the State of Illinois, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
