Prior to joining IXB, Curt served as the Executive Creative Design Manager for Lendlease Development’s Urban Regeneration Business in the Americas. In this role, he directed the design process, established brand identities, and optimized high-density unit planning for complex, large-scale developments in the Chicago market. He collaborated closely with Lendlease Construction’s Integrated Solutions Team to provide construction administration services during the field execution phase — effectively bridging the gap between design and delivery to safeguard design intent and quality standards. Additionally, Curt participated in national practice groups focused on knowledge-sharing and establishing best practices for the operational efficiency and long-term performance of high-density assets.

Curt’s foundation in thoughtfully curated design solutions includes twenty-three years as a Senior Project Designer at Perkins & Will, where he led the design of prominent corporate, residential, commercial, and healthcare projects globally. His primary expertise lies in high-performance mixed-use multifamily and condominium developments across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. At IXB, Curt anchors the firm’s architectural practice in a philosophy of building with intention — ensuring every design decision is backed by technical rigor, structural efficacy, and enduring commercial value. Curt holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
